Design Pro Management is looking to fill positions throughout the DC Metro area and hire Independent Sales Representatives. Over the next two weeks interviews will be conducted at local offices. To request an interview fill out our online application below.
The position pays up to 35% commission on sales contracts (Average contract price: $5,000).
Sales Reps will follow a defined sales program perfected over the past 7 years. It will include your participation in a two day training seminar. After the training process, you will have the skills needed to be successful at this position. |
| Independent Sales Representatives will: |

Set attainable sales goals and reach target profit margins
|
•
|
Learn and manage every aspect of a residential home improvement business (Focused on windows and siding) under the trade name, Design Pro Windows and Siding
|

Work out of the nearest available territory to your home
|
• |
Conduct in home estimates with customers
|
• |
Schedule contractors to complete projects
|
• |
Create a marketing plan to produce qualified customers in upper middle class neighborhoods (Direct mail, internet, signage, home shows, word of mouth, etc.)

• |
Have full control over advertising decisions |
|
| Candidate Qualifications: |
• |
College Degree
|
• |
Sale experience is good, but not mandatory
|
• |
Motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
|
• |
Value relationship building in growing a business
|
• |
Open to learning a new business
|
• |
Understand the importance of face-to-face interaction to close sales
|
• |
Develop a new and existing customer base
|
• |
Track record of exceeding sales goals
|
• |
Strong communication and presentation skills
|
• |
Current drivers license and car |
